When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping information, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider, not stored by us), and the message and recipient information you submit for your card. We use your information to process and fulfill your order, print and mail your card, communicate with you about your order, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and improve our site and products. We use recipient information solely to produce and mail the card you ordered.

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders.
Our payment processors, which handle your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
Cardly, our card printing and mailing partner. To post your card we pass them the recipient’s name and postal address, your chosen message, the design, and the handwriting style. They print and mail the card and do not use this information to market to you.
Analytics and advertising providers, as described in Cookies and analytics above.
Email and support tools used to send order confirmations and answer your questions.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the security of the store.

Data retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
